Not at the time, but when I irrigate, the water is never pushed out by
ciliary action; it's still there 12 hours later, much of it. I have to
lie down on my left side, or bend way forward to get it to run out.

Steroid sprays have a lot of marks against them, too. Notably, they
make you less sensitive to steroids and less able to produce them as well.
